All the cards included within the subset had a gloss coating with a special Holofoil inset and have no printed rarities. Each pack contained four cards.

Mythical & Legendary Dream Shine Collection featured a large selection of Full Art cards of Mythical Pokémon, comprising those initially available in the Mythical Collections outside Japan as part of the ongoing Pokémon 20th Anniversary merchandise campaign, in addition to the last Generation VI Mythical Pokémon Volcanion, and the newly-revealed Generation VII Mythical Pokémon Magearna. The subset also included a number of cards with previously English-exclusive artwork, originally made available in various TCG-related products released outside of Japan.
